9/1/10 05:08 Lindenhurst went to work again at 129 S. Smith St. Firefighters stretched several lines to extinguish fire in the walls and attic of a 2 1/2 story mixed occupancy. M/A was requested from West Babylon, Copiague, & North Lindenhurst to the scene.

9/1/10 22:08 Wyandanch - Wheatly Heights Ambulance responded for a shooting victim at 102 N. 22ND St. The victim was transported to Good Sam.

9/2/10 03:07 Amityville was alerted to a working commercial structure fire @ 9 Broadway. Firefighters aggressively attacked a fire in the basement of a 1 story taxpayer for about 40uminutes before being pulled out to go to a defensive attack. M/A was requested from, Massapequa, North Amityville, Copiague, Lindenhurst, West Babylon, North Lindenhurst, East Farmingdale, Babylon, North Massapequa, Wantagh, & Seaford. Firefighters remained on scene for 8 hours extinguishing the fire.

9/4/10 02:31 A East Farmingdale Ambulance returning from a alarm found a working general alarm @ 21 Gear Ave off Wellwood. 3 firefighters were caught a wall collapse as they were forcing entry into the building. Two firefighters were transported to Good Sam, one with a back injury, and a second with a head injury. Several other firefighters were transported for minor injuries. Firefighters immediately went to a exterior operation. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst, West Babylon, & Lindenhurst to the scene. Additional departments were mutual aided for relief purposes.

9/4/10 12:00 North Babylon was toned out for a working house fire @ 66 Schenectady Ave. Firefighters stretched multiple lines to try and contain a heavy fire condition in a 2 sty private dwelling. Firefighters were evacuated from the dwelling and units went to a exterior operation with two tower ladders. M/A was requested from; West Babylon, Wyandanch, Deer Park, Babylon, North Lindenhurst, Dix Hills, West Islip, & Lindenhurst to the scene. Babylon & Melville provided stand by coverage.

9/4/10 19:23 North Amityville was alerted to a auto accident with entrapment @ 45TH. St. & New Highway. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for a ambulance and rescue truck & Copiague for a ambulance to the scene. A total of 2 victims were transported to the hospital.

9/5/10 16:38 Wyandanch responded to a working house fire at 48 State Ave. Firefighters stretched two lines to control a fire in a private dwelling. E.M.S. was requested to the scene for a female having a asthma attack.

9/5/10 18:52 Babylon responded to Sore Thumb Beach off the Ocean Pwky for a male injuries from a diving accident. S.C.P.D. Aviation was requested for the victim who was unable to move his legs after he dove into shallow water. S.C.P.D. Aviation transported the male to Stony Brook.

9/6/10 22:49 Wyandanch was alerted to a working house fire @ 11 Beech St. Firefighters stretched two lines to extinguish the fire.

9/7/10 18:00 1-7-31 arrived on the scene of a motorcycle accident at Rt. 110 & Harrison Ave and requested his ambulance forthwith to the scene. M/A was requested from East Farmingdale & Amityville for A.L.S. to the scene. The victim was transported via ground by 1-7-7 to Good Sam.

9/9/10 09:18 Babylon was alerted for a water rescue in the canal to the rear of 138 Midway. Firefighters arrived to find a D.O.A. floater in the canal, the scene was turned over to the Suffolk County Police Dept.

9/12/10 10:23 Babylon was toned out for a auto accident with entrapment at RT. 231 & Main St. Firefighters used the hurst tool to remove the door on one auto to safely extricate the driver. M/A was requested from West Islip for one ambulance to the scene. Two victims were transported to Good Sam.

9/22/10 08:18 North Babylon responded to a working house fire @ 338 Van Buren St. Firefighters stretched two lines to extinguish a fire on the second floor of a private dwelling. M/A was requested from; West Babylon, Babylon, East Farmingdale, & Deer Park to the scene. One firefighter and two civilians were transported to Good Sam with minor injuries.

9/22/10 19:54 North Babylon went to work again @ 520 Mount Place for heavy fire on the second floor of a private dwelling. M/A was requested from West Babylon & East Farmingdale to the scene. Deer Park was requested to stand by @ North Babylon's Headquarters.

9/22/10 21:12 Deer Park responded to a auto accident with pin in front of 1934 Deer Park Ave. 1-4-5 went on scene confirming the pin, firefighters removed the drivers door to extricate the victim. Two victims were transported to Good Sam with non life threatening injuries.

9/25/10 02:24 North Babylon was activated for a victim of a shooting, 675 Sunrise Hwy. 1-8-14 transported a male with a gun shot wound to the head to Good Sam.

9/25/10 13:08 West Babylon transported a stabbing victim from Little East Neck Rd & Hilltop Ave to Good Sam.

9/26/10 01:38 West Babylon was requested forthwith by Sector Car 111 to a victim of a stabbing on 15Th. St. Two stabbing victims were transported to Good Sam, one in serious condition. A third victim was also transported who was assaulted.

9/26/10 03:08 Wyandanch - Wheatly Heights Ambulance was requested with a rush for a male victim of a shooting on Lake Dr. The victim was transported to Good Sam in serious condition.

9/26/10 04:16 The Suffolk County Police were in pursuit of a auto which crashed at the corner of Little East Neck Rd & Belmont Ave. West Babylon was requested forthwith to the scene, 1-9-31 arrived on scene and advised the victim was D.O.A.

9/26/10 22:59 Wyandanch Ambulance responded to two victims of a shooting on Birch St. Two victims were transported to Good Sam. The trauma room was requested for a 16 y/o male with a gun shot wound.

9/28/10 00:48 West Babylon was requested to the scene of a auto accident with entrapment at Hilltop Ave. & Straight Path. The lone victim was heavily pinned, members from W.B.F.D. Company #4 and S.C.P.D. E.S.U. worked to extricate the trapped victim.
