9/7/09 14:27 Deer Park was alerted to a deck collapse at 149 Osceola Ave. Deer Park E.M.S. transported three victims to Good Sam. One victim suffered a compound fracture to the leg, a second victim suffered a fractured femur, & a third victim suffered minor injuries.

9/9/09 05:51 Babylon requested a medivac for a pedestrian struck at the intersection of Main St. & Fire Island Ave. S.C.P.D. Aviation airlifted a 70 y/o female who suffered severe head trauma to Stony Brook.

9/11/09 09:30 East Farmingdale quickly controlled a working house fire @ 316 9Th. St. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for R.I.T.

9/14/09 14:56 North Babylon responded to a working house fire at 33 Strathmore Drive. Firefighters stretched one line to knock down a fire on the exterior of a private dwelling. M/A was requested from West Islip for R.I.T.

9/17/09 21:02 West Babylon was alerted to a overturned auto with entrapment on Sunrise Highway near Hubbards Path. Two victims were transported to Good Sam, the trauma room was requested for one victim with head trauma.

9/20/09 21:10 Wyandanch - Wheatly Heights Ambulance was responded to a victim of multiple gun shot wounds in front of 89 N. 18Th. Street. 1-20-19 requested the trauma room at Good Sam.

9/20/09 21:17 North Babylon transmitted a working fire, for a dwelling fire @ 856 Peconic Ave. Firefighters stretched 2 lines to extinguish the fire, M/A was requested from West Babylon for R.I.T.

9/21/09 14:54 West Babylon was alerted to respond to a auto accident involving a mini school bus at 14Th. St & Straight Path. Firefighters had to extricate a trapped victim in a auto, who suffered serious injuries. The trauma room at Good Sam was requested for the victim suffering serious injuries. 3 children were also transported to Good Sam with minor injuries.

9/21/09 18:36 Wyandanch Ambulance was requested forthwith to respond to the scene of a motorcycle accident at the intersection of Straight Path & Patton Ave. 1-20-17 transported one unconscious victim to Good Sam.

9/22/09 11:03 West Babylon responded to a overturned auto with entrapment in front of the East Neck Nursing Center, 134 Great East Neck Rd. Firefighters from Heavy Rescue 1-9-15 extricated one trapped subject. 1-9-17 transported one victim to Good Sam.

9/23/09 01:27 North Babylon responded to a serious auto accident in front of 533 Lakeway Dr. Firefighters used the hurst tool to extricate trapped subjects from the single car accident. 1-8-7 requested the trauma room at Good Sam for their victim, 1-8-14 & 1-8-17 transported one minor injury each to Good Sam.

9/24/09 19:56 West Babylon responded to a sector car involved auto accident in front of 225 Great East Neck Rd. A sector car & a civilian auto collided, sending the civilian auto into a structure. S.C.P.D. Aviation was requested for a medivac for the officer that was injured, he was airlifted to Stony Brook. 1-9-7 transported one civilian to Good Sam. The Town of Babylon Fire Marshal's Office was requested to the scene.

9/27/09 03:21 Lindenhurst E.M.S. was alerted to a stabbing victim at Dylan's Bar, 49 E. Hoffman Ave. 1-6-17 transported a victim that was stabbed multiple times to Good Sam.

9/28/09 22:02 West Babylon was toned out for a overturned auto with wires down at Belmont Ave. & Old Farmingdale Rd. 1-9-30 requested LIPA to respond forthwith for two poles down. 1-9-9 transported one victim to Good Sam.

9/28/09 22:39 North Amityville was requested with a rush by Sector Car 109 for a victim of a stabbing, @ 2 Pendale Drive. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for A.L.S. to the scene, 1-11-7 transported the victim to Good Sam.

9/30/09 09:50 East Farmingdale handled a overturned auto with entrapment on RT. 110 & Daniel St.
