9/5/08 04:50 Wyandanch was alerted to a early morning working fire @ 88 S. 28Th. Street. Firefighters quickly knocked down a fire in a private dwelling.
9/5/08 West Babylon responded to a working fire @ 171 Milligan Rd @ the Harbor Club Apartments. Firefighters quickly extinguished a small fire in the closet of the apartment.
9/7/08 10:44 Deer Park was alerted to a working house fire, 104 Oakland Ave. Firefighters used two lines to extinguish a fire on the first floor of a 1 ½ sty private dwelling. M/A was requested from North Babylon for tower ladder 1-8-6 & Wyandanch for an engine to the scene.
9/7/08 22:51 Lindenhurst responded to an auto accident with entrapment at the intersection of Straight Path & Sunrise Highway. Firefighters used the hurst tool to extricate a trapped driver who was in serious condition. A total of 3 victims were transported to Good Sam. The trauma team was requested for one victim. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for one ambulance to the scene.
9/8/08 00:55 Babylon was alerted for a working boat fire at Fire Island Ave & Lewis Circle. Firefighters stretched 2 lines off 1-2-3 to extinguish the fire.

9/8/08 03:35 Babylon responded to a auto accident on Fire Island Ave & Yacht Club Rd. 1-2-33 requested a re-sound for the hurst tool forthwith. S.C.P.D. Aviation was requested to the scene. A total of 3 victims with serious injuries were transported. M/A was requested from North Babylon for an ambulance to the scene.
9/8/08 20:50 Deer Park was requested forthwith to the scene of a motorcycle accident, RT. 231 Grand Blvd. 1-4-3 requested the trauma room at Good Sam for their victim.
9/9/08 16:45 East Farmingdale responded to a motorcycle accident @ Baiting Place Rd & Verdi Street. E.F.V.F.CO. requested the trauma team at N.U.M.C. for their victim.
9/10/08 19:55 West Babylon responded to a overturned auto @ Straight Path & 6Th. Street. 1-9-7 & 1-9-9 both transported victims to Good Sam.
9/12/08 22:00 East Farmingdale handled a overturned auto in front of 461 18Th. Street. One minor injury was transported by EFFD to Good Sam.
9/17/08 10:20 Babylon responded to the Fairfield Apartments at 148 Park Ave for a male who fell off a roof. 1-2-30 arrived on scene advising of two victims of a fall from a possible electrocution. One victim was airlifted to Stony Brook via S.C.P.D. Aviation, a second victim was transported by 1-2-10 to Good Sam.
9/18/08 08:10 East Farmingdale responded to numerous trailers on fire to the rear of a building @ Kean St. & Edison Ave. Firefighters stretched a 2 ½ attack line & set up 1-5-15 to knock the bulk of the fire down.
9/19/08 14:25 Amityville was requested forthwith to the scene of a auto accident @ Broadway & Dixon. M/A was requested from Copiague for A.L.S. to the scene. A total of 3 victims were transported to Good Sam, a fourth victim was airlifted to Stony Brook.
9/20/08 22:25 Copiague was alerted to a motorcycle accident on Dixon Ave & 31ST. Street. 1-3-1 requested a trauma notification to Good Sam for their victim.
9/23/08 23:55 Copiague was requested to respond forthwith to the scene of a pedestrian struck in front of their Station 1 on Dixon Ave. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for A.L.S. to the scene. 1-11-7 transported one victim with head trauma to N.U.M.C. in serious condition.
