9/27/06 19:20 Wyandanch Ambulance responded forthwith to the scene of a motorcycle accident @ Mount Ave & State Ave. The victim was D.O.A., S.C.P.D. Crime Scene was requested to the scene.

9/26/06 06:40 Deer Park EMS was requested to respond for a motorcycle VS. a tractor trailer on Long Island Ave near Grand Blvd. S.C.P.D. Aviation was requested to transport the victim, S.C.P.D. Helo-3 airlifted the victim to Stony Brook. 

9/25/06 14:40 Copiague responded to a afternoon house fire @ 3 Buchanan Ave off Montauk Highway. Firefighters extinguished a fire on the second floor of a private dwelling with one line. M/A was requested from Amityville for an engine to the scene and Lindenhurst for RIT. 

9/22/06 20:45 West Babylon was toned out to respond to a tractor trailer accident West Bound Sunrise Highway just East of Hubbard's Path. First arriving West Babylon Chiefs found a tractor trailer that had overturned in the East Bound Lanes, with the tractor ending up in the West Bound lanes. The driver of the tractor trailer was removed prior to the arrival of the FD. 1-9-17 transported the truck driver with non life threatening injuries to Good Sam. Firefighters worked to contain a large diesel fuel spill, the Town of Babylon Fire Marshal's Office was requested to respond.

9/20/06 17:00 East Farmingdale was alerted to a auto accident with entrapment at the intersection of Rt. 109 & East Carmens Rd. Firefighters used numerous Hurst Tools to extricate a heavily pinned victim who collided with a dumpster truck. The victim was extricated with in 15 minutes and removed with numerous injuries. SCPD Aviation landed at Republic Airport and transported the victim to NUMC. Farmingdale was requested to the scene for a ambulance to transport a victim from the dumpster truck.

9/18/06 16:30 EFFD responded to a fuel spill @ Route 109 and Wellwood Ave. Arriving units found an 18-wheeler that had its saddle tank punctured creating an approx. 3 inch gap, a estimated 40 gallons total was spilled. EFFD along with SCPD ESI and a state response spill team worked to contain the leak from all drainage areas. 

9/18/06 14:10 Deer Park was alerted to respond to a car vs. gasoline tanker at the intersection of Commack Rd & Marcus Blvd. Deer Park units arrived to find a car that had struck a empty gasoline tanker. There were no injuries however the Town of Babylon Fire Marshal's Office was requested for a leak of residual product. 

9/18/06 02:00 While working a cardiac arrest on 17Th. street, East Farmingdale Chiefs were notified by 1-5-0 of a mva, car into pole with heavy rescue request @ Wellwood Ave. and Rt. 109.  The pt. was taken to NUMC by EFFD ambulance with multiple traumatic injuries. The car hit the pole at such a high speed, it spilt the telephone pole in half. the car bounced back approx. 200 ft. from the pole with debris from the mangled car scattering throughout the roadway for blocks in either direction.

9/17/06 20:05 Copiague was requested to respond forthwith to the scene of a pedestrian struck @ Dixon Ave & 31ST. Street. 1-3-1 transported a victim to Good Sam & requested a trauma team.

9/17/06 11:50 North Babylon responded to a motorcycle accident at the intersection of Hubbard's Path & Sheftfield Ave. 1-8-54 requested ALS to the scene along with SCPD Aviation to airlift the victim for a victim who was ejected off a motorcycle. N.B.F.C.O.'s Engine 1-8-8 set up a landing zone at the West Babylon Junior High School, the victim was transported to Stony Brook. 

9/17/06 04:00 Wyandanch Fire & VAC responded to a auto accident in front of 15 Centerwood Street. Firefighters extricated a trapped subject from an overturned auto. 1-20-21 transported the victim to Good Sam with non-life threatening injuries. 

9/13/06 18:30 North Amityville & Amityville were requested forthwith to the scene of a child that was struck by an auto on West Smith Street. SCPD Aviation was requested to airlift the subject to Nassau County Medical Center. 

9/9/06 Lindenhurst firefighters responded to a early morning fire in the boat yard on Roosevelt Street off Montauk Highway. Firefighters extinguished a fire involving a fully involved boat house, housing a boat. SCPD Arson was requested to the scene

9/6/06 17:00 North Amityville was requested forthwith to the scene of a motorcycle accident on Rt. 110 & Francine Ave. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for ALS to the scene. SCPD Aviation airlifted the victim to Stony Brook.

9/2/06 23:25 During the tropical storm which hit Long Island, Deer Park responded to a working fire in a private dwelling @ 28 Andover Rd. 1-4-31 reported he had a fire in a 2 sty private dwelling with fire on the second floor & extension into the attic. 2 lines were stretched to extinguish the fire. M/A was requested from Dix Hills for R.I.T. , & Wyandanch for a truck company to the scene. 

9/2/06 18:10 West Babylon was alerted to a auto accident at the intersection of Brookvale Ave & Montauk Highway. 1-9-30 requested a re-tone for 1-9-15 to respond with the hurst tool for an entrapment. Firefighters removed a door off a auto, 1-9-7 transported the victim to Good Sam.
