10/18/06 08:40 Deer Park's ambulance 1-4-5 was involved in a auto accident at Deer Park Ave & Lake Ave. The accident sent 1-4-5 into a building trapping the two members inside. The Hurst Tool & ALS were requested forthwith to the scene. M/A was requested from North Babylon for an engine & ambulance, and Dix Hills for an ambulance. S.C.P.D. Aviation was requested to airlift one of the victims to Stony Brook.
10/16/06 09:30 North Babylon responded to a auto accident with entrapment on Sylvan Rd off Deer Park Ave. Firefighters extricated one trapped elderly female from an overturned auto. 1-8-14 transported the victim with non-life threatening injuries to Good Sam.
