10/1/09 17:50 East Farmingdale was originally alerted to a automatic alarm at 176 Central Ave. Upon arrival of the Chiefs, a working general alarm was requested. Firefighters stretched a 2 1/2 inch line to knock down the fire in a large commercial warehouse. M/A was requested from Melville & Farmingdale to the scene.

10/2/09 03:42 Copiague was alerted to a working fire @ 88 Lake Drive. First Due Engine 1-3-5 stretched 2 lines to extinguish a fire in the attic of a 1 sty private dwelling. M/A was requested from Amityville for a truck company to the scene & Lindenhurst for Tower Ladder 1-6-4 to act as R.I.T.
10/3/09 07:25 Deer Park & Dix Hills handled a overturned auto with entrapment on Commack Rd & Burlington Ave. One victim was quickly extricated after they arrival of units on scene. 1-4-4 transported one victim to Good Sam.

10/15/09 23:00 East Farmingdale operated at the scene of a carbon monoxide emergency with victims at 701 12Th. St. Several victims were transported to area hospitals. M/A was requested from West Babylon for two ambulances to the scene.

10/20/09 21:39 East Farmingdale was alerted for a Haz Mat Incident at 220 Smith St. Firefighters arrived to find a large amount of fuel leaking from a storage tank. Firefighters were able to stop the leak, the Town of Babylon Fire Marshal's Office was requested to the scene.
10/22/09 17:30 Lindenhurst was requested with the hurst tool to the scene of a auto accident @ S. 5Th. St. & W. Hoffman Ave. Firefighters used the hurst tool to remove a door on a auto to extricate the injured driver. 1-6-7 & 1-6-17 both transported one victim to each to Good Sam with minor injuries.
10/24/09 06:10 North Babylon responded to a car into the woods on the Southern State Pwky near Belmont Ave. Firefighters arrived to find a car which had struck a tree and was elevated off the ground. Cribbing was used off 1-8-15 to stabilize the auto and extricate the victims. A total of 4 victims were transported to Good Sam with non-life threatening injuries.
10/30/09 12:47 North Amityville was alerted to a stabbing victim at the corner of Albany Ave. & Banbury Ct. S.C.P.D. Aviation was requested to airlift the victim to Stony Brook hospital.
