11/1/09 23:14 Wyandanch Wheatly Heights Ambulance & Wyandanch Fire both responded for a train vs. pedestrian at the Long Island Rail Road Tracks & Straight Path. 1-20-31 advised the victim was D.O.A.

11/3/09 21:50 East Farmingdale was alerted to a working house fire at 73 Peary Street. Firefighters stretched multiple lines to contain a heavy fire condition in a vacant private dwelling. M/A was requested from West Babylon for R.I.T.

11/4/09 06:40 East Farmingdale responded to a working general alarm, @ "Creative Finishing Corp" 158 Allen Blvd. Firefighters controlled a small electrical fire in a 75x100 wood finishing factory. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for R.I.T.

11/7/09 08:00 Amityville was toned out for a auto accident with entrapment at the intersection of Bayview Ave & Dixon Ave. 1-1-30 requested mutual aid from Copiague for Heavy Rescue 1-3-3 & a ambulance to respond to the scene.

11/8/09 16:09 Copiague requested a working fire to be sounded at 516 Oak St. Firefighters stretched two lines to confine a fire on the second floor and attic of a 2 1/2 sty private dwelling. M/A was requested from Lindenhurst for Tower Ladder 1-6-4 to the scene and North Lindenhurst for R.I.T.

11/10/09 01:22 Babylon responded to a working fire @ 22 The Fairway, in the Oak Beach Association. 2 lines were stretched to knock down a fire on the lower level of a large beach house. M/A was requested from West Islip, West Babylon, & North Babylon to the scene.

11/12/09 11:00 East Farmingdale was toned out for a technical rescue on the grounds of the S.U.N.Y. Farmingdale College for a male trapped in a hole. M/A was requested from West Babylon for their technical rescue team as a back up. A victim was transported to N.U.M.C. with multi trauma.

11/12/09 11:12 Lindenhurst used it's hurst tool to extricate a trapped driver of a auto accident, at the intersection of South Strongs Ave and Montauk Highway. The roof was taken off to remove the trapped driver, two victims were transported to Good Sam.

11/13/09 17:54 Lindenhurst again responded to a auto accident with entrapment at South Delaware Ave & East Hoffman Ave. Firefighters used two cutters to again remove the roof of auto to extricate the trapped driver. The spreader was also used on a second auto to pop a door to remove the driver. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for one ambulance to the scene. 3 victims were transported to Good Sam, one with serious injuries.

11/15/09 03:10 East Farmingdale battled a commercial structure fire @ 131 Verdi St. Firefighters stretched multiple lines to extinguish the fire in a large commercial structure. M/A was requested from, Farmingdale, North Lindenhurst, South Farmingdale, & Bethpage to the scene. Melville, West Babylon, & Amityville was requested for stand by coverage.

11/15/09 19:53 West Babylon was alerted to a auto accident with entrapment in front of the East Neck Nursing Center, 134 Great East Neck Rd. Firefighters removed the driver's side of a auto to remove the trapped occupant. Two victims were transported to Good Sam.

11/17/09 14:24 West Babylon responded to a car vs. tree in front of the Great South Bay shopping center on Montauk Highway. 1-9-81 requested S.C.P.D. Aviation for a medivac, a landing zone was set up to the rear of the shopping center. A second victim was transported via ground to Good Sam.

11/22/09 05:25 East Farmingdale battled a working fire in a vacant dwelling, 132 East Carmens Rd. Firefighters stretched two lines to knock down a heavy fire condition. M/A was requested from Farmingdale Village, South Farmingdale, & North Lindenhurst.

11/22/09 18:25 Deer Park was sounded out for a victim of violence at 16 Reed Drive, while on scene treating a victim, 1-4-32 requested a structure fire to be sounded at 15 Reed Drive. 1-4-31 removed a burn victim from the dwelling to the front lawn where the victim was D.O.A. The Suffolk County Police Department, is investigating.

11/26/09 12:36 North Babylon was sounded for a working fire at 34 Mell Drive. Firefighters contained a fire to a rear deck area with minor extension to the dwelling. M/A was requested from West Islip for R.I.T.

11/26/09 19:59 North Amityville was toned out for a pedestrian struck at RT. 110 & Coolidge Ave. 1-7-33 requested A.L.S. from Amityville forthwith to the scene. 1-1-12 transported the victim with head trauma to N.U.M.C.

11/26/09 20:45 North Amityville quickly extinguished a working fire in the Frontier Trailer Park, 39 Cheyenne Trail. One inch & 3/4 line was used to extinguish a fire in the boiler room of the trailer. M/A was requested from Amityville for R.I.T.
