11/30/06 16:10 North Amityville responded to a car into the building at the Southwood Apartments, 845 Rt. 110. There were no injuries, however the Town of Babylon Fire Marshal's Office was requested to the scene for structural damage.
11/29/06 11:25 Lindenhurst responded to Brooktree Circle & South 13Th. Street for a garbage truck leaking a chemical & smoking. 1-6-33 requested the Town of Babylon Fire Marshal's Office to the scene. The Fire Marshal's found the content to be acid, which was contained.

11/24/06 18:40 Wyandanch-Wheatly Heights responded to a serious auto accident on Common Wealth Drive. M/A was requested from Deer Park & North Babylon for A.L.S. ambulances to the scene. S.C.P.D.'s aviation unit was requested to airlift a subject to Stony Brook also. A total of 9 victims were removed from the scene.
11/17/06 18:20 West Babylon was alerted to a small fire in the rear of "Rockaway Bedding" in the Great South Bay Shopping Center on Montauk Highway. Firefighters stretched one line to extinguish a fire in the rear of the store. One firefighter was transported with a shoulder injury to Good Sam.
11/14/06 17:20 Copiague was alerted to a auto accident with entrapment at Marconi Blvd & North Strongs Ave. M/A was requested from Lindenhurst & North Lindenhurst for ambulances to the scene.

11/11/06 11:55 North Lindenhurst was requested to the scene of an auto accident with entrapment on North Wellwood Ave & Straight Path. Firefighters extricated one trapped subject, the subject was transported to Good Sam with minor injuries.

11/8/06 18:45 Copiague was requested forthwith to the scene of a vehicle vs. pedestrian trapped under a auto at Sunrise Highway & Bethpage Rd. 1-3-31 advised the victim was D.O.A.
11/7/06 17:05 Babylon EMS responded to 16 Tappan Ave for a victim with injuries from a table saw. 1-2-10 requested A.L.S. & S.C.P.D. Aviation for a medivac. A landing zone was set up at the Babylon Pool. S.C.P.D. Aviation Helo-2 transported the victim to Stony Brook.
11/6/06 16:00 North Amityville responded to a child vs. school bus at Somerset Rd & Avon Drive. 1-7-33 requested his ambulance forthwith to the scene. Ambulance 1-7-7 transported a 5 y/o male victim to N.U.M.C. in serious condition, the victim later died from his injuries.
11/4/06 19:40 North Babylon was alerted to a car into a house at 825 Freedom Street. 1-8-30 requested a T.O.B. Fire Marshal & Building Inspector to the scene for damage to the dwelling. 1-8-17 transported one victim to Good Sam with non-life threatening injuries.
11/2/06 20:10 Lindenhurst responded to a working fire in a private dwelling @ 387 S. 16Th. Street. Firefighters stretched two lines for a fire in the walls & attic of a private dwelling. Numerous cats & dogs were rescued from the dwelling.
11/1/06 11:20 West Babylon's E.M.S. was requested forthwith to the scene of a motorcycle accident in front of Arnold Buick on Montauk Highway. S.C.P.D. Aviation was requested to the scene and transported the victim to Stony Brook.
