11/2/08 03:00 North Babylon responded to 514 Mount Place for a male who was shot multiple times. The victim was transported by 1-8-7 to Good Sam.

11/2/08 14:00 North Amityville was requested forthwith to the scene of a motorcycle accident on RT. 110 @ Brefini Street. M/A was requested from Amityville, South Farmingdale, & North Lindenhurst for A.L.S. & Ambulances to the scene. One victim was transported in traumatic arrest to N.U.M.C. & a second victim was transported with non-life threatening injuries by South Farmingdale.

11/3/08 03:05 Deer Park was alerted to a working fire @ 251 Old Country Rd. Deer Park command advised all units of a working basement fire. M/A  was requested from Dix Hills for R.I.T. & Wyandanch for a truck company to the scene.

11/3/08 21:10 Deer Park was requested forthwith to the scene of a female struck by a auto @ Commack Rd & Grand Blvd. 1-4-4 transported a victim with severe traumatic injuries to Good Sam.

11/6/08 08:30 Deer Park responded to a working house fire @ 284 Eastwood Ave. 1-4-31 advised fire in a 2 sty colonial, fire on the second floor. One line was stretched to knock the fire down. M/A was requested from Dix Hills for R.I.T. & North Babylon for one engine to the scene (1-8-8).

11/15/08 20:30 Deer Park was alerted to an auto accident with pin @ Adams St. & Acorn St. Two victims were extricated and transported to Good Sam.

11/15/08 22:40 Copiague E.M.S. was requested forthwith to the scene of a male shot in the head on Pleasantview Ct & Great Neck Rd. 1-3-31 advised the victim was D.O.A.

11/16/08 19:20 East Farmingdale responded to a head on auto accident with multiple victims trapped on Wellwood Ave just north of the L.I.R.R. The crew from Heavy Rescue 1-5-4 went to work extricating a severely trapped & injured subject from one auto. 5 Hurst tools from E.F.V.F.CO. & S.C.P.D. E.S.U. was used to extricate this trapped subject. Firefighters from Tactical Rescue Engine 1-5-3 used their hurst tool to remove the passengers door on the second auto to remove two injured subjects. The first severely injured victim was airlifted to N.U.M.C. where he later succumbed to his injuries. The second victim suffered serious injuries was transported to Good Sam by North Lindenhurst. A third victim was transported by E.F.V.F.CO. to Good Sam with non-life threatening injuries to Good Sam.

11/16/08 23:30 North Amityville was alerted to respond forthwith for a pedestrian struck by an auto @ RT. 110 & Jefferson Ave. 1-7-7 transported a victim with severe injuries to Good Sam.

11/22/08 12:50 Copiague responded to a working house fire @ 360 Beachview St. 1-3-31 advised a exterior fire between two houses. Firefighters quickly knocked down the fire with minor extension to the houses. 3 lines were stretched & placed into operation. M/A was requested from Amityville for R.I.T.

11/22/08 14:45 Lindenhurst responded to a auto accident with entrapment @ N. 8^Th. Street & W. Hoffman Ave. Firefighters extricated one trapped subject. M/A was requested from Copiague, North Lindenhurst, & West Babylon for a ambulances to the scene for a total of 3 injuries.

11/23/08 17:00 Amityville responded to 50 Bourdette Ave off Richmond Ave. Upon arrival units found a male who attempted to ignite a outside fire pit with a unknown flammable liquid. The male suffered severe burns to below his waist & minor burns to his chest & arms. Ambulance 1-1-12 transported the victim by ground with a escort to the burn unit @ N.U.M.C.  Engine 1-1-6 stretched a booster line to extinguish the fire.

11/24/08 Lindenhurst responded to a C.O. Incident with victims @ 351 S. 11^Th. St. Firefighters found high levels of C.O. with in the house. 4 victims were transported to Good Sam. M/A was requested from Copiague for one ambulance to the scene.

11/26/08 13:36 Babylon responded to a home heating fuel truck that had its tank punctured @ Mayhew Ave Walbridge Ave. Firefighters worked to contain a large amount of home heating oil that leaked onto the ground. The Town of Babylon Fire Marshal’s Office responded with 1-0-49.

11/26/08 19:30 West Babylon was alerted to an overturned auto in front of 1131 4^Th. St. West Babylon units went on scene finding no entrapment. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for one ambulance to the scene. 1-9-9 & 1-11-7 both transported victims to Good Sam.

11/27/08 12:05 North Babylon responded for an overturned auto @ Falmouth Ave & Sunrise Highway Service Rd. 1-8-14 transported one victim to Good Sam.

11/29/08 00:42 Wyandanch – Wheatly Heights E.M.S. responded to a victim of a assault @ Booker Ave & Straight Path. 1-20-19 transported a 34 Y/O male unconscious with multiple trauma to Good Sam.

11/29/08 11:30 Wyandanch firefighters were quick to respond to a fire in the boiler room @ 118 S. 32^ND. St. Firefighters stretched one line to quickly extinguish the fire.
