5/1/10 14:03 Babylon was alerted to a auto accident with entrapment at the intersection of Trolley Line Rd and Little East Neck Rd. Firefighters extricated two trapped victims. M/A was requested from West Islip & West Babylon for one ambulance each to the scene.

5/2/10 02:09 West Babylon & Copiague handled a auto accident with entrapment in Lindenhurst at South Wellwood Ave. & Montauk Highway. Copiague firefighters extricated a trapped victim with serious injuries, 1-3-2 transported the victim to Good Sam.

5/4/10 23:00 North Lindenhurst was alerted to a working house fire, 928 North Indiana Ave. Firefighters stretched two lines to knock a bedroom fire down on the second floor of a private dwelling. M/A was requested from Lindenhurst for a truck to the scene & West Babylon for R.I.T.

5/7/10 07:17 Copiague responded to a overturned auto at Great Neck Rd. & Dixon Ave.

5/8/10 15:30 North Amityville was requested forthwith to the scene of a 4 y/o male who suffered severe lacerations from a lawn mower @ 310 44Th. St. The victim was transported by ground to Good Sam Hospital with a police escort.

5/8/10 21:37 Copiague sounded a working fire @ 5 Stewart St. A outside fire was quickly controlled. M/A was requested from Amityville for R.I.T.

5/12/10 18:00 Copiague was alerted to a overturned auto at the intersection of 35Th. St. & Dixon Ave. The victim self extricated, and was transported to Good Sam with minor injuries.

5/13/10 19:55 Wyandanch Ambulance was requested forthwith by the 1ST. PCT. for a victim of a shooting @ 1290 Straight Path.

5/14/10 15:49 North Amityville responded for a car into a building at Bayview Ave & Sunrise Highway. Firefighters found a SUV halfway through the building, the fire marshal's office was requested to the scene. M/A was also requested from Copiague, for a ambulance to the scene.

5/17/10 13:57 West Babylon was alerted to a working fire at 485 Rt. 109, firefighter stretched for a exterior fire to the rear of a private dwelling with minor extension. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for R.I.T.

5/19/10 12:45 West Babylon again responded to a working fire at 684 Commander Ave, firefighters stretched to extinguish a bedroom fire on the second floor of a pvt dwelling. M/A was requested from East Farmingdale for R.I.T.

5/20/10 11:10 East Farmingdale activated a working general alarm @ The Self Storage Building, 305 Del Drive. Firefighters extinguished a electrical fire in the building, M/A was requested from Farmingdale, South Farmingdale, & North Amityville to the scene.

5/20/10 18:53 North Amityville was alerted to a shooting victim on Emerald Lane North. M/A was requested from Amityville for A.L.S. The victim suffered two entry wounds and was transported to Good Sam.

5/21/10 17:55 Amityville contained a working house fire @ 28 W. Smith St. M/A was requested from North Amityville for R.I.T. & Engine to the scene, Copiague for a ambulance to the scene & engine to stand by, & Massapequa for a ambulance to the scene and engine to the scene.

5/23/10 10:57 West Babylon was toned out for a male stabbing victim at 110 Mcgaw Place. 1-9-7 transported a male stabbing victim in serious condition to Good Sam.

5/26/10 04:51 1-3-30 arrived at 375 Verrazano Ave and requested a working fire be sounded for a fire in a unoccupied private dwelling under renovation. Firefighters stretched two lines to control the fire. M/A was requested from Lindenhurst for Truck 1-6-4 to the scene.

5/26/10 11:07 Lindenhurst was toned out for a auto accident with entrapment at South Broadway & Kent Ave. 1-6-30 arrived on scene and confirmed entrapment, two victims were transported to Good Sam.

5/27/10 20:31 North Lindenhurst responded to the Normandy Garden Apartments, 8549 North Monroe Ave for a car vs. building. E.M.S. members attended to the lone driver who was unconscious, the victim was transported to Good Sam. The Town of Babylon Fire Marshal's Office was requested to the scene.

5/29/10 19:56 North Babylon responded to a stabbing victim at Belmont State Park, A.L.S. was requested to the scene. Two victims were transported to Good Sam, in unknown condition.

5/29/10 04:21 North Babylon was requested forthwith by the Suffolk County Police Dept. for a pedestrian struck at Deer Park Ave & Shipman Ave. 1-8-14 requested the trauma room at Good Sam for a male with a tib fib fracture & internal bleeding.

5/30/10 17:39 Lindenhurst E.M.S. responded to 420 41ST. St. for a male burn victim from a barbeque. 1-6-31 advised a male with 2nd & 3rd degree burns to both legs, arms, & face. The victim was transported by ground to the burn center at Stony Brook. A second ambulance was requested to the scene for another burn victim that was transported to Good Sam.
