5/7/09 18:40 East Farmingdale responded to a working general alarm @ 268 RT. 109. Firefighters extinguished a small fire with in the vacant commercial structure. M/A was requested from the Village of Farmingdale for R.I.T. This building was affected by a previous fire in February 2009.

5/8/09 12:24 Deer Park responded to 215 Commack Rd for a male who suffered an amputation from a lawn mower. Suffolk Aviation was requested for a medivac, a landing zone was set up at the Washington Ave School. The victim was airlifted to Stony Brook with three fingers that were amputated.

5/13/09 15:38 Wyandanch Fire & Ambulance responded to 28 Clearview Drive in Wheatly Heights for a reported explosion. Units went on scene finding a home O2 tank that had exploded injuring one of the home occupants. 1-20-17 transported one victim to Good Sam with facial injuries.

Units arrived to find a car that collided with a home heating fuel tanker that rested on its side underneath a cracked telephone pole. 1-9-17 transported one victim to Good Sam. Units remained on scene with the Town of Babylon Fire Marshal's office to unload the tanker.
