5/4/08 13:20 East Farmingdale responded to RT. 109 & New Highway for overturned auto. 1-5-8 & 1-5-10 transported two minor injuries to New Island.

5/5/08 23:15 Copiague responded for a car into the canal @ S. Plaza & Coolidge Ave. The Town of Babylon Dive Team plan was activated but quickly disregarded when Copiague Chief's confirmed every one was out of the auto. C.F.D. E.M.S. transported one victim to Good Sam.

5/6/08 04:50 East Farmingdale responded to Wellwood Ave. & Patton Ave for a tractor trailer vs. auto. The hurst tool was requested for a trapped subject, however the victim self extricated upon F.D.'s arrival. The victim suffered serious injuries and was transported to N.U.M.C.

5/8/08 14:26 North Babylon responded to a heavily involved private dwelling @ 7 Ann Ct. Firefighters encountered a heavy fire condition in a 1 sty ranch dwelling. M/A was requested from Babylon, Wyandanch, West Islip, & Deer Park to the scene. One firefighter was transported to Stony Brook with minor burns.

5/8/08 18:10 Copiague firefighters quickly extinguished a basement fire in a 1 1/2 sty private dwelling at 402 Brookside Ct. 2 lines were stretched to confine the fire to the basement. M/A was requested from Lindenhurst for a ladder (acting F.A.S.T.) a engine, & ambulance to the scene.

5/8/08 19:31 North Lindenhurst was alerted to a auto accident with overturn on New Highway to the rear of the Queen of the Rosary. A total of 5 victims were transported to area hospitals. M/A was requested from East Farmingdale & North Amityville for one ambulance to the scene.

5/10/08 03:15 North Babylon responded to a auto accident with pin on the Southern State Pwky @ Belmont Ave. 1-8-30 requested the trauma team at Good Sam be notified for a 35 y/o male with a severe leg laceration.

5/11/08 11:12 West Babylon responded to a auto accident involving a car vs. a Island Transportation Fuel Tanker in front of 266 Sunrise Highway near N. Ontario Ave. 1-9-31 arrived on scene & requested 1-9-15 with the hurst tool to respond for a entrapment. 1-9-9 & 1-9-17 transported victims to Good Sam with non-life threatening injuries.

5/14/09 05:39 West Babylon responded again to a auto accident with entrapment @ Rt. 109 & Straigth Path. 1-9-17 transported one victim to Good Sam.

5/15/08 14:27 North Babylon quickly responded to a working house fire @ 92 Brookside Ave. Firefighters stretched two lines to extinguish a fire in the attic area of a private dwelling. M/A was requested from West Islip for the F.A.S.T. & Babylon for tower ladder 1-2-8 to the scene.

5/22/08 01:20 North Lindenhurst was requested forthwith to the scene of a auto accident, eastbound Sunrise Highway @ North Monroe Ave. Multiple hurst tools were put into operation to extricate a heavily trapped subject. The victim was extricated within 20 minutes and airlifted via S.C.P.D. Aviation to Stony Brook. Two additional victims in two other autos were transported to Good Sam with minor injuries. M/A was requested from Lindenhurst for a ambulance to the scene.
