5/29/07 18:16 West Babylon was requested forthwith to the scene of a 14 y/o female who was struck by an auto in front of Stop & Shop on Rt. 109 near Arnold Ave. 1-9-7 transported the victim to Good Sam, the trauma room was requested. 1-9-7 advised the victim was thrown approximately 80 feet.

5/29/07 01:05 Deer Park extinguished a fully involved cab of a tractor trailer at the entrance of the Edgewood Property on Commack Rd. 1-4-31 requested arson to the scene.

5/28/07 14:45 North Amityville responded to a working fire in a private dwelling @ 268 44Th. Street off Pacific. Firefighters stretched one line to contain a electrical fire in the wall on the exposure 1/4. No mutual aid was requested.

5/27/07 15:45 North Babylon was requested forthwith to the scene of a auto accident with ejection in front of the Public Storage Building, 821 Sunrise Highway. 1-8-32 confirmed two ejected victims, S.C.P.D. Aviation was requested for a medivac. M/A was requested from West Babylon for a engine to set up the landing zone at the West Babylon Junior High School. One victim was airlifted to Stony Brook, the second was transported by 1-8-17 to Good Sam.

5/26/07 14:40 West Islip responded to a reported auto fire on Rt. 231 @ John Street. W.I.F.D. arrived to find a cesspool truck that had a 5 gallon pail of acid fall off the truck causing a passing car to run it over, also starting a small brush fire. West Islip advised the call was in Babylon's district. Town of Islip's Haz Mat team responded along with Babylon's Chiefs & the Town of Babylon Fire Marshal's Office. 

5/25/07 20:26 West Babylon was requested forthwith to the scene of a motorcycle accident @ the Bergen Point Country Club, 69 Bergen Ave. 1-9-30 requested A.L.S. to the scene, & also S.C.P.D. Aviation to the scene for a medivac. 1-9-9 transported one victim to Good Sam.

5/20/07 08:25 East Farmingdale responded to a motorcycle accident on Rt. 110 @ Conklin Street. S.C.P.D. requested S.C.P.D. Aviation for a medivac. Aviation landed on Rt. 110 to transport the victim, who sustained two compound fractures to the ankles. 

5/17/07 18:42 North Babylon was requested forthwith to the scene of an auto accident in front of 111 Prairie Drive off Deer Park Ave. Firefighters quickly removed the door of one auto to extricate a victim in serious condition. 1-8-14 & 1-8-7 transported victims to Good Sam, one victim sustained serious injuries. 1-8-17 transported a victim in serious condition to the Woods Rd. Elementary School to be airlifted by S.C.P.D. Aviation to Good Sam. M/A was requested from Deer Park for A.L.S. to the scene.

5/16/07 12:30 North Babylon was toned out to a car vs. building @ 1350 Deer Park Ave, "A & G Bakery". 1-8-53 requested a T.O.B. Building Inspector & Fire Marshal to respond due to damage sustained to the building. 1-8-17 transported one victim with non-life threatening injuries to Good Sam. 

5/15/07 21:00 North Babylon was alerted to an overturn auto accident at Deer Park Ave. & Rt. 231. Firefighters secured an overturned auto, 1-8-7 transported one victim with minor injuries to Good Sam.

5/15/07 10:10 Deer Park responded to a car vs. truck at the intersection of Long Island Ave. & W. 13Th. Street. Firefighters responded for a report of an entrapment. 1-4-3 transported two victims with non-life threatening injuries to Good Sam

5/13/07 20:25 East Farmingdale responded to the W/B Southern State Pwky at the RT. 109 Bridge. 1-5-32 was first on scene & confirmed a overturned auto with entrapment. Firefighters worked to free a trapped child in the auto. Two victims were transported to N.U.M.C. by E.F.F.D. A third victim was airlifted to Stony Brook.

5/13/07 10:53 North Babylon responded to a auto accident at Belmont Ave & Broadway. Firefighters used the hurst tool to remove both driver's side doors to access the victims. A total of three victims with non-life threatening injuries were transported to Good Sam.

5/12/07 09:00 North Babylon was alerted to a auto accident at the intersection of Peconic Ave & Hubbards Path. Firefighters used the hurst tool to pop a door to remove the victim. One victim was removed from the auto & transported to Good Sam with a femur fracture. 

5/11/07 09:35 Deer Park & Brentwood responded to a auto accident on Long Island Ave & Commack Rd. The hurst tool was used to extricate a trapped subject. One victim was transported to Good Sam by D.P.F.D. E.M.S. in respiratory arrest..

5/10/07 15:05 Deer Park was requested to the scene of a auto accident with entrapment at Commack Rd & Grand Blvd. Firefighters used the hurst tool to pop a door on a auto. Two victims were transported to Good Sam with non-life threatening injuries.

5/9/07 18:40 Lindenhurst responded to a boat fire @ Surfside III marina, 846 South Wellwood Ave. Firefighters stretched two lines to knock down a fully involved boat, two other boats suffered minor damage. 

5/8/07 08:08 Wyandanch went to work again @ 61 Lake Drive. Fire on the first floor of a 2 sty private dwelling was quickly contained. M/A was requested from North Babylon for an engine to the scene.

5/8/07 16:00 North Babylon was requested forthwith to the scene of a motorcycle accident by the State Police on the W/B Southern State Pwky near the Belmont Lake State Park. Aviation was placed on stand by, the trauma team at Good Sam was requested for the 20 y/o victim with a femur fracture. 

5/5/07 23:35 North Amityville was alerted to a working house fire @ 122 43RD. Street. Firefighters stretched multiple lines to extinguish heavy fire on the 1st & 2nd floors of a 2 sty dwelling. M/A was requested from; Copiague, Amityville, & Farmingdale Village. 

5/5/07 08:45 East Farmingdale responded to Republic Airport for a aircraft down. Upon arrival E..F.F.D. Chiefs found a small two passenger plane that had crashed while attempting to take off. E.F.F.D. & Republic's Crash Crew worked together to secure the plane. E.F.F.D. transported two victims to N.U.M.C. with minor injuries.

5/5/07 00:19 Babylon was requested with their hurst tool to the scene of a auto accident with entrapment on West Main Street & Thompson Ave. Firefighters worked together with S.C.P.D. E.S.U Officers to extricate a heavily trapped victim. One victim was transported to Good Sam.

5/1/07 12:55 Wyandanch firefighters quickly extinguished a fire on a second floor of a private dwelling @ 30 Manchester Blvd off Burrs Lane. A burn victim was removed prior to the fire department arrival, the victim suffered severe burns. The burn victim was airlifted to Stony Brook. M/A was requested from Dix Hills for a engine to the landing zone.
