6/1/09 23:26 Wyandanch ambulance was requested forthwith to the scene of a shooting victim @ 119 Irving Ave. S.C.P.D. Aviation was requested for a medviac but was later disregarded. 1-20-19 transported the victim to Good Sam.
6/2/09 10:42 West Babylon quickly extinguished a working fire in the Sunrise Villa's, 439 Leonard Ct. 1-9-2 was first due & stretched a line to knock down a kitchen fire. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for one engine to the scene. 1-9-17 transported one occupant suffering from smoke inhalation to Good Sam.
6/2/09 14:12 Wyandanch Ambulance responded for a male unresponsive on a roof @ 61 Waterford Drive. Wyandanch ambulance requested Wyandanch Fire for 1-10-5 (Tower Ladder) to the scene to assist in the removal of the victim. 1-20-17 transported the victim to Good Sam.
6/6/09 02:12 Wyandanch ambulance was requested by S.C.P.D. Sector Car 106A for a male with a gun shot wound at 99 N. 22ND St. 1-20-21 transported the victim to Good Sam.
6/7/09 19:10 Copiague was alerted for a victim of violence at 270 South Great Neck Rd. While en route, Babylon Central advised units to use caution as there was a barricaded subject in the house. Units stood by for almost 2 hours while a male barricaded himself in the house. The barricaded subject then set fire to the house, the Suffolk County Police Department apprehended the subject with non-lethal force. The scene was secured and the Copiague Fire Department entered the scene to extinguish the fire. Two lines were stretched off 1-3-10 to extinguish a heavily involved second floor of a private dwelling. One assault victim was transported to Good Sam by 1-3-2.

6/9/09 12:03 Wyandanch Ambulance responded to a overturned auto at Little East Neck Rd & Long Island Ave. Sector Car 102 advised there was negative entrapment. 1-20-21 transported one victim to Good Sam.
6/9/09 12:20 East Farmingdale was requested to handle a car vs. pole in Wyandanch @ S. 32ND St. & Garden City Ave. East Farmingdale's ambulance 1-5-8 transported one victim to Good Sam with a femur fracture.
6/9/09 16:52 1-3-30 Chief Giarrusso requested his department to be toned out forthwith for a auto accident in front of his residence, Campagnoli Ave. & Leonardo Da Vinci Street. One unconscious victim was removed from the car quickly and placed in 1-3-2, 1-3-2 transported the victim with A.L.S. on board to Good Sam in serious condition. Chief Giarrusso's car was parked at the time of the accident and suffered significant damage.

6/13/09 05:42 East Farmingdale handled a overturned tractor trailer on RT. 110 & Milbar Blvd. The dump trailer was hauling construction debris. The driver refused medical attention, firefighters secured a leaking saddle tank. The Town of Babylon Fire Marshal's Office was requested to the scene.
6/13/09 18:09 Deer Park requested S.C.P.D. Aviation for a burn victim @ Jiffy Lube, 1667 Deer Park Ave. S.C.P.D. Aviation airlifted the victim to Stony Brook.
6/15/09 03:35 North Babylon firefighters battled a basement fire @ 203 Chelsea Ave. Firefighters contained the fire to the basement. M/A was requested from West Babylon for R.I.T. & a engine to the scene.
6/16/09 22:28 Wyandanch Fire & Ambulance responded for a overturned auto at the intersection of S. 31ST St & Patton Ave. 1-20-16 & 1-20-17 transported victims to Good Sam.
6/17/09 18:30 East Farmingdale responded to a auto accident with ejection on Conklin St. & Vogel Way. M/A was requested from Farmingdale Village & South Farmingdale for one ambulance each to the scene. A total of 5 victims were transported to area hospitals.
6/17/09 23:22 North Babylon was requested to 3 Magro Drive for two victims of a shooting. 1-8-14 & 1-8-17 transported two victims to Good Sam.
6/20/09 23:36 Wyandanch Fire & Ambulance responded to a auto accident with entrapment @ Ridge Rd & Colonial Springs Rd. 1-10-32 requested E.M.S. forthwith to the scene. Wyandanch firefighters extricated two trapped victims. 1-20-19 transported one victim in traumatic arrest to Good Sam, 1-20-20 also transported one victim to Good Sam.
6/23/09 14:29 North Babylon handled a overturned auto on Belmont Ave & Claremont Ave. 1-8-31 requested L.I.P.A. to the scene for a pole cracked in half. 1-8-17 transported one victim to Good Sam.
6/23/09 20:29 Copiague handled a working house fire @ 45 Santa Barbara Rd East. 1-3-30 Chief Giarrusso requested a re-sound for a working fire. Firefighters stretched two lines to confine the fire to the chimney box & attic of a private dwelling. No mutual aid was requested.

6/25/09 15:19 Deer Park responded to a car vs. building @ Kristy Smoke Shop, 1836 Deer Park Ave off Lake Ave. 1-4-31 requested his department re-sounded for a signal 13 due to heavy structural damage to the building. The Fire Marshal's Office was requested to the scene. 1-4-4 & 1-4-5 both transported victims to Good Sam.

6/29/09 14:10 North Amityville responded to a working house fire @ 12 W. Somerset Rd. Firefighters used two lines to extinguish a fire in the rear of a private dwelling. M/A was requested from Copiague for R.I.T. & Amityville for a engine & ambulance to the scene.
6/30/09 09:35 East Farmingdale was alerted to a auto accident at the intersection of RT. 110 & Sherwood Drive. Firefighters used multiple hurst tools to extricate a severely trapped victim. A total of 7 victims were transported to area hospitals. One victim was airlifted via S.C.P.D. Aviation to Stony Brook, a second victim was transported to N.U.M.C.'s trauma room by E.F.V.F.CO. 1-5-10. A second trauma victim was transported to Good Sam by E.F.V.F.CO. Melville transported two victims to Plainview, and one victim to Huntington Hospital.
