6/30/07 17:44 Wyandanch Fire & Wyandanch-Wheatly Heights Ambulance were requested forthwith to the scene of a motorcycle accident @ Davidson Street & Straight Path. The victim was reported to be trapped under a auto, but was out upon units arrival. 1-20-17 transported a 35 y/o male in traumatic arrest to Good Sam.
6/30/07 16:55 North Amityville responded to a auto accident at Sunrise Highway @ New Highway. 1-7-32 requested a re-tone for 1-7-5 forthwith to the scene. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst & Copiague for one ambulance each to the scene. 1-7-7, 1-7-8, 1-3-1, & 1-11-6 transported victims to Good Sam.
6/28/07 21:47 West Babylon was requested forthwith to the scene of a vehicle vs. pedestrian struck by an auto @ Sunrise Highway & Hubbards Path. 1-9-7 requested the trauma room at Good Sam for the victim.
6/26/07 01:29 West Babylon was responded to auto accident involving a Sector Car 116 @ W/B Sunrise Highway ramp from Rt. 109. 1-9-7 transported one officer to Good Sam with minor injuries.
6/22/07 19:01 Copiague responded to a overturned auto with motorcyclist down also @ Great Neck Rd @ Malta Street. 1-3-1 & 1-3-2 both transported victims to Good Sam.
6/22/07 14:50 Wyandanch Fire & E.M.S. responded forthwith to a auto accident involving a pedestrian struck. Wyandanch-Wheatly Heights Ambulance 1-20-21 transported one victim in traumatic arrest to Good Sam. 1-10-30 requested the Town Fire Marshal's Office to the scene for a large diesel fuel spill. M/A was requested from North Babylon & East Farmingdale for one ambulance each to the scene.
6/21/07 16:58 Copiague responded to a overturned auto in front of 12 Hollywood Ave East off Riviera Drive East. One victim was transported to Good Sam with minor injuries.

6/21/07 13:45 East Farmingdale was alerted for a auto accident with entrapment @ Wellwood Ave & Long Island Ave. Firefighters removed the side of one auto to remove the trapped subjects. Melville & Farmingdale were requested for a ambulance each to the scene. A total of 5 victims were transported to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.
6/19/07 16:55 North Babylon quickly extinguished a small kitchen fire @ 26 Easton Ave. 1-8-8 was first due & quickly stretched a line to extinguish the fire. M/A was requested from Deer Park for an engine to the scene & West Islip for R.I.T.
6/15/07 15:48 North Lindenhurst was requested forthwith to the scene of a child struck by auto in front of 76 Tremont Rd. 1-11-7 transported a 7 y/o male victim to Good Sam, the trauma room was requested for the victim.
6/14/07 19:39 Wyandanch responded to a working fire @ 20 Landscape Drive off Main. Firefighters stretched one line to contain a fire in the rear of a 1 1/2 sty private dwelling. Two dogs were removed from the dwelling, one perished at the scene.

6/12/07 12:45 North Babylon responded to Deer Park Ave & Independence Ave for a overturn auto with no entrapment. 1-8-7 & 1-8-14 transported victims to Good Sam with non-life threatening injuries. 1-8-53 requested the Fire Marshal's Office to the scene for approximately 5-10 gallons of gas that was spilled from one of the autos.
6/11/07 23:05 East Farmingdale was alerted to a overturned auto eastbound Southern State Pwky @ Wellwood Ave. One victim was transported with minor injuries.
6/11/07 13:00 Amityville responded to 18 Meadow Lane for a victim with a severe foot injury from a lawn mower. 1-1-11 transported the victim to Good Sam.
6/5/07 21:29 North Amityville responded forthwith to a pedestrian who was struck by a auto at Rt. 110 & Ritter Ave. The victim was impaled through the windshield of the auto. S.C.P.D. Aviation was requested by later cancelled. 1-7-7 transported the victim to N.U.M.C. Amityville was requested mutual aid to the scene for A.L.S.
6/5/07 13:24 North Babylon was requested forthwith for a head on collision @ Peconic Ave & Hubbards Path. Firefighters quickly extricated a trapped subject who was in traumatic arrest.1-8-14 transported the traumatic arrest to Good Sam. 1-8-7 also transported a victim with serious injuries to Good Sam.

6/2/07 01:10 North Babylon responded to a overturned auto with entrapment @ W/B Sunrise Highway Service Rd. & Lenox Rd. Firefighters & S.C.P.D. E.S.U. removed the roof of the overturned auto to extricate the trapped subject within 15 minutes. 1-8-7 & 1-8-17 both transported one victim each to Good Sam.
