7/2/09 11:36 Deer Park was activated forthwith for a auto accident with car fire at Half Hollow Rd & Nicholls Rd. Two victims were pulled from the burning auto by a Ex-Chief from Wyandanch & a Jr. Firefighter from Deer Park. 1-4-3 & 1-4-4 both transported victims to Good Sam.

7/2/09 16:50 East Farmingdale was alerted to a auto accident with entrapment at the intersection of Wellwood Ave & Conklin St. 1-5-31 went on scene confirming the entrapment.

7/3/09 17:42 Wyandanch Wheatly Heights Ambulance responded to Straight Path & Cumberbach St. for a male victim of stabbing. S.C.P.D reported the victim was stabbed several times in the abdominal area. 1-20-20 transported the victim to Good Sam.

7/4/09 00:50 West Babylon responded to a motorcycle accident on Straight Path at 14Th. Street. S.C.P.D. Aviation was requested for a medivac, for a victim who suffered serious injuries. The victim was unable to be airlifted and was transported via ground by 1-9-17 to Good Sam's Trauma Room.

7/6/09 17:21 Wyandanch was alerted to a reported structure fire @ 91 N. 18Th. St. 1-10-30 arrived on scene and requested a re-sound for a working fire. Firefighters extinguished a fire on the second floor of a private dwelling. M/A was requested from North Babylon for an engine to the scene but was later cancelled.

7/7/09 05:16 While transporting a victim to Good Sam, 1-3-1 radioed in a report of a working house fire at 2470 Great Neck Rd. Firefighters arrived & extinguished a fire on the second floor of a 2 1/2 sty vacant private dwelling. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for R.I.T.

7/7/09 13:09 North Babylon was requested forthwith to the scene of a car vs. flatbed truck in front of  Roll Rite Towing, 639 Sunrise Highway. Firefighters removed the roof of the auto to extricate the trapped subject. 1-8-17 transported one victim to Good Sam.

7/12/09 06:48 Babylon's Rescue Squad responded to 114 Deer Park Ave. for a subject who suffered severe trauma after falling from a second floor window onto concrete. 1-2-10 requested the trauma room at Good Sam for their victim.

7/13/09 15:35 West Babylon responded to a auto accident @ Straight Path & Bedell St. Firefighters used the hurst tool to extricate a trapped victim. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst & Lindenhurst for ambulances to the scene. A total of 3 victims were transported to Good Sam.

7/13/09 16:10 Babylon was alerted to a overturned auto on the Ocean Parkway near Cedar Beach. One victim was transported to Good Sam in traumatic arrest, three other victims were also transported to Good Sam. M/A was requested from West Islip for ambulances to the scene.

7/16/09 12:25 Lindenhurst responded to a house on Grove St. for victims of a home invasion. 1-6-17 transported one victim with head trauma to Good Sam. Mutual Aid was requested from Copiague for a ambulance to the scene. A total of 3 victims were transported to Good Sam.

7/16/09 23:55 Amityville responded to a auto accident involving a Amityville Police Department Police Car @ Broadway & Oak St. M/A was requested from Copiague for a ambulance with A.L.S. to the scene.

7/17/09 03:19 East Farmingdale was alerted to a motorcycle accident on Rt. 109 & Rt. 110. S.C.P.D. Aviation airlifted the victim to Stony Brook with serious injuries.

7/19/09 14:31 Copiague handled a working fire @ 20 Merrick Rd. Firefighters stretched one line to extinguish a electrical fire in the ceiling of a 2 sty mixed occupancy. M/A was requested from Amityville for R.I.T.

7/19/09 19:20 East Farmingdale responded to a motorcycle accident on the Southern State Pwky near Wellwood Ave. East Farmingdale transported a motorcyclist who collided with the jersey wall. The victim suffered head trauma and was transported to Good Sam.

7/20/09 08:15 Amityville responded to a overturned auto @ 171 Merrick Rd.

7/25/09 17:50 Copiague responded to a motorcycle vs. a car in front of 1075 Montauk Highway. 1-3-63 requested S.C.P.D. Aviation to respond for a medivac. M/A was requested from Lindenhurst for one ambulance to the scene. Copiague & Lindenhurst both transported one victim each to Good Sam with minor injuries, the third victim was airlifted to Stony Brook.

7/26/09 16:30 Copiague was requested forthwith to the scene of a auto accident @ South Strongs Ave & Montauk Highway. 1-3-30 advised two victims in traumatic arrest. M/A was requested from Lindenhurst for a ambulance & heavy rescue, North Lindenhurst, North Amityville, Amityville, & Babylon for ambulances to the scene. One victim was D.O.A.

7/27/09 08:57 Babylon handled a overturned auto on the Ocean Pwky near Gilgo Beach. 1-2-30 advised of 2 injuries and Hunter EMS was handling patient care.

7/27/09 14:32 North Amityville was activated for a burn victim @ 44Th. St. & New Highway. 1-7-7 requested clearance to Good Sam for 51 y/o male with 1st & 2nd degree burns to the face & arms.

7/28/09 05:08 North Amityville was alerted to a early morning working fire @ 14 Jacqueline Ct. 1-7-31 requested a re-tone for a working fire. Firefighters arrived to find a 2 sty private dwelling heavily involved. Firefighters quickly controlled the fire using a 2 1/2 inch line to knock down a heavy fire condition. M/A was requested from Copiague & North Lindenhurst to the scene.
