7/30/07 23:10 East Farmingdale responded for a overturned auto at the intersection of Straight Path & Edison Ave. East Farmingdale Chiefs arrived to find a auto on its side with negative entrapment. Two minor injuries were transported to Good Sam.

7/30/07 06:38 Wyandanch firefighters responded to a fatal working fire at 77 Brooklyn Ave. Firefighters quickly contained a basement fire, one victim was found D.O.A. with in the basement.
7/29/07 Amityville & Massapequa both responded to a boarder line call @ County Line Rd & Louden Ave. The accident involved three autos, one of which was on its roof. Amityville, Massapequa, & Nassau County Police E.S.U. extricated a trapped victims. Numerous victims were transported, one of which being in serious condition was taken to N.U.M.C. M/A was requested from Copiague & North Amityville for ambulances to the scene.

7/29/07 14:39 Deer Park operated a small working fire in the Brookview Commons, 1807 Commons Way off Brook Ave. One line was stretched to contain a small fire in the wall / ceiling area. M/A was requested from North Babylon for R.I.T.
7/26/07 22:20 North Babylon responded for two victims of a shooting @ 18 Governor Ave. 1-8-7 & 1-8-17 both transported one victim each to Good Sam with non-life threatening injuries.

7/26/07 16:25 Copiague was alerted to a auto accident, Montauk Highway & Hawkins Blvd. 1-3-1 requested the hurst tool to the scene & A.L.S. The hurst tool was used to remove a door to gain access to the victim. 1-3-1 & 1-3-2 transported one victim each to Good Sam with non-life threatening injuries.
7/26/07 13:36 West Babylon responded to a auto accident with entrapment @ Rt. 109 & Straight Path. 1-5-32 was on scene and requested the hurst tool for an entrapped victim.
7/25/07 14:05 Wyandanch-Wheatly Heights was activated for a school bus involved accident at Main Ave & North 22nd. Street. 1-20-85 advised 10 pts who would require medical attention, a Town of Babylon Stage 1 disaster plan was activated by Babylon Central. Ambulances from East Farmingdale, North Babylon, & Deer Park were used to transport a total of 8 victims with minor injuries, 7 children & 1 adult were transported to Good Sam & Southside.
7/23/07 08:13 North Babylon extricated two trapped subjects from a overturned van at the intersection of Deer Park Ave & August Rd. Firefighters removed the roof to gain access to the victims. 1-8-14 transported two minor injuries to Good Sam.
7/22/07 19:29 North Babylon was alerted to a motorcycle accident @ Sunrise Highway & Hubbards Path. 1-8-32 requested A.L.S. to the scene along with S.C.P.D. Aviation for a medivac. One victim was airlifted to Stony Brook.
7/22/07 11:01 Wyandanch-Wheatly Heights Ambulance Corp responded to 22 Venedia Drive off Straight Path. The trauma room at Good Sam was requested for the victim who suffered a large laceration to his chest from a table saw.
7/18/07 22:37 North Lindenhurst was requested forthwith to the scene of a pedestrian struck in front of McDonalds on Sunrise Highway. S.C.P.D. Aviation was requested by given a disregard, 1-11-7 transported approximately 20 y/o female to Good Sam in traumatic arrest. The victim later succumbed to her injuries.
7/14/07 23:20 North Babylon battled a heavily involved private dwelling fire @ 1 Espie Lane off Dean Street. Multiple lines were used off first due engine 1-8-3 to extinguish a fire that originated the rear of the dwelling and extended to the second floor & attic. 6 firefighters were transported to Good Sam for smoke inhalation & minor burns. M/A was requested from; Deer Park, Babylon, & West Islip.

7/14/07 14:11 While responding on a mutual aid alarm to a auto accident in Lindenhurst, North Lindenhurst Ambulance 1-11-6 was involved in a accident at Straight Path & Sunrise Highway. Two North Lindenhurst members on the ambulance were transported with minor injuries. A total of 6 ambulances were operating between the two accident scenes.
7/9/07 18:28 West Babylon was requested forthwith to the scene of a child struck by a auto, on the on ramp from Westbound Sunrise Highway to Rt. 109. S.C.P.D. Aviation airlifted a 13 y/o with traumatic injuries to Stony Brook.
7/3/06 19:00 East Farmingdale was toned out for a motorcycle accident on Rt. 110 in front of the "Crazy Donkey". S.C.P.D. 1ST. Pct. Officers requested Aviation for a Medivac. The victim who suffered non-life threatening injuries was airlifted to Stony Brook. 1-5-1 secured the landing zone at Republic Airport.
7/2/07 21:30 East Farmingdale responded to a pedestrian struck by auto on Rt. 109 west of Wellwood Ave. 1-5-30 reported the victim to be signal 50 (D.O.A.) E.F.F.D. transported one victim to New Island for evaluation.

7/1/07 07:00 East Farmingdale responded to a vehicle fire next to a house on Clifton Street off Mill Rd. 1-5-30 arrived on scene and requested a re-tone for a working house fire. First due engine 1-5-2 stretched two 1 3/4 lines to contain the fire, minor extension to the house was sustained.
