7/30/06 19:50 North Babylon responded to a auto accident involving one of their members who was responding to a rescue call, the accident involved the members overturned pick up truck into a tree & entrapment on Weeks Rd just East of Deer Park Ave. Firefighters & S.C.P.D. E.S.U. worked to extricate the trapped subject. S.C.P.D. Aviation was requested for a medivac but was given a disregard, the victim was transported by ground to Good Sam.

7/17/06 14:00 As Lindenhurst buried one of their departed members, Copiague was activated to respond to a structure fire on S. 6Th. Street near Hoffman in Lindenhurst. Lindenhurst & Copiague both responded and quickly extinguished a kitchen fire in a 1 1/2 sty private dwelling.

7/17/06 11:00 Copiauge was alerted to a auto accident with entrapment @ Great Neck Rd. & Reith Street. 1-3-1 requested 1-3-3 to respond to extricate the subject, one victim was transported to Good Sam with non-life threatening injuries.

7/18/06 23:55 Amityville & North Amityville were both activated for a house fire on Rt. 110 just south of East Smith Street. Amityville stretched lines to extinguish the fire on the second floor & attic. NAFCO stood by as RIT.

7/18/06 09:30 North Lindenhurst responded to KABCO Industries off New Horizons Blvd for a Haz Mat alarm. A gasoline powered machine was being used in the building causing several victims to be overcome by fumes. A total of 4 victims were transported to Good Sam. M/A ambulances were requested from North Amityville, East Farmingdale, North Babylon, & Copiague.

7/17/06 20:29 North Lindenhurst responded to an auto accident with gas main break @ 69 East Sunrise Highway, "Long Island Paneling" A vehicle struck the building's gas meter, causing a major gas leak. Firefighters evacuated the near by area and stretched a precautionary line. The driver of the auto was transported to Good Sam with minor injuries. 

7/16/06 17:00 North Babylon was alerted to a working house fire @ 321 Columbus Ave near Colonial. Firefighters worked to extinguish a BBQ fire which extended to the rear of the house. M/A was requested from West Babylon for RIT & Babylon for an engine to the scene.

7/14/06 17:00 Lindenhurst responded to a heavily involved house fire @ 404 Reade Ave Near S. 15Th. Street. Firefighters stretched multiple hand lines to extinguish a heavy fire in the rear of the dwelling. M/A was requested Copiague for RIT.

7/14/06 08:42 North Amityville was activated for a auto accident with entrapment @ Sunrise Highway & Straight Path. S.C.P.D. requested ESU to respond also, 1-7-7 & 1-7-8 both transported victims to the hospital.

7/8/06 16:30 Lindenhurst EMS was requested to respond forthwith for a child that was struck by a car @ South Strongs Ave  & Montauk Highway. 1-6-30 requested SCPD Aviation to respond for a medivac, the victim was airlifted to NUMC.

7/8/06 13:20 West Babylon responded to a fire in a dwelling @ Beechwood Street & Hobart Street. Firefighters encountered an extremely heavy fire condition. Multiple master streams were used to extinguish the fire. M/A was requested from Babylon & Lindenhurst for an engine to the scene. 1 victim was transported to Good Sam.

7/7/06 08:00 North Amityville was alerted to a working house fire @ 16 Garfield Ave off of Washington. Firefighters extinguished a fire in the basement of a vacant private dwelling. M/A was requested from Amityville for RIT, & Farmingdale Village for a engine to the scene.
