1/31/07 15:55 Deer Park was requested to the scene of auto accident with their hurst tool @ Brandywine Drive & Grand Blvd. Firefighters removed the "B" post of an auto to remove a trapped victim. 1-4-3 & 1-4-5 both transported victims to Good Sam with minor injuries.
1/31/07 15:20 Lindenhurst was quick to respond to a working house fire @ 265 East John Street. First Due Engine 1-6-1 stretched a 1 3/4 line to the rear of the dwelling to extinguish a heavy body of fire. A total of 3 lines were stretched to extinguish the fire. M/A was requested from West Babylon for R.I.T.
1/30/07 07:05 West Babylon was alerted for a auto accident on the Southern State Pwky near Straight Path. S.C.P.D. was on scene requesting rescue with a rush. 1-9-80 requested a re-tone for 1-9-15 to respond with the hurst tool for an entrapment. One victim was D.O.A. A second victim was transported with non-life threatening injuries to Good Sam.
1/29/07 10:00 Wyandanch responded to a working house fire @ South 21 Street. M/A was requested from North Babylon for an engine to the scene.
1/28/07 Lindenhurst was toned out for a structure fire @ 555 West Montauk Highway. Upon arrival of units the building was fully involved. Master streams from multiple 2 1/2 lines & two tower ladders were used to extinguish the fire. M/A was requested from Copiague for an engine & tower ladder to the scene.

1/26/07 01:35 East Farmingdale was alerted a cardiac arrest @114 Alder Street. Omni Recycling. Upon arrival of E.F.F.D. units a adult male was found D.O.A. The victim was run over by a pay loader.
1/24/07 16:50 Deer Park firefighter responded to a working house fire @ 22 Maida Ave. Chief 1-4-32 was first on scene & requested a re-tone for a 2 story private dwelling, with a heavy smoke condition. Firefighters stretched one line, however the fire had self extinguished itself. M/A was requested from North Babylon for R.I.T. to the scene.

1/22/07 04:55 East Farmingdale was alerted to a working general alarm at the abandoned Fairchild - Republic Property on Conklin Street off Rt. 110. Firefighters found a large area of fire in the rear of the large vacant structure. East Farmingdale command used a exterior attack with master streams to knock down the fire. M/A was requested from; Farmingdale, Melville, South Farmingdale, & North Lindenhurst to the scene for an engine & ladder each.

1/21/07 14:00 East Farmingdale responded to a auto accident with overturn & entrapment at the intersection of Rt. 110 & Michael Drive. Firefighters extricated one trapped subject, EMS transported 3 injuries.
1/13/07 23:55 West Babylon was alerted to a working house fire, 719 3RD. Street off 7Th. Ave. Firefighters attacked a fire in the basement of a private dwelling. One firefighter was transported with minor injuries. Mutual aid was requested from East Farmingdale for an ambulance to the scene, & North Lindenhurst for R.I.T.
1/12/07 22:05 West Babylon was dispatched for a auto accident with entrapment @ Straight Path & Gordon Ave. Firefighters from Company #4 extricated a trapped child. S.C.P.D. Aviation responded to airlift the trapped subject. Two other victims were transported with injuries.

M/A was requested from Melville & Farmingdale for one ambulance each to the scene. A total of 4 victims were transported, 2 to Good Sam, & 2 to N.U.M.C.
1/7/07 East Farmingdale was requested with their hurst tool to Michael Ave & Rt. 110 for a auto accident with entrapment. Firefighters from 1-5-3 & 1-5-4 extricated a trapped subject. M/A was requested from Farmingdale for a ambulance to the scene. East Farmingdale transported one subject, & Farmingdale transported two. Both victims had non-life threatening injuries.
1/5/07 00:30 Deer Park was dispatched to 1016 Grand Blvd off Jefryn Blvd for a A.T.V. accident. Deer Park units arrived to the find the victim D.O.A.
1/4/07 22:05 1-7-33 requested rescue forthwith for a pedestrian who was struck by an auto in front of N.A.F.C.O. H.Q. on Rt. 110. M/A was requested from Amityville & North Lindenhurst for A.L.S. to the scene. S.C.P.D. Aviation responded to airlift the victim, however the victim was transported via ground to N.U.M.C. by 1-7-7.
