1/28/08 02:02 Copiague was alerted to a working fire in a abandoned house @ 180 Scudder Ave. Firefighters from the Vigilant Engine Company quickly knocked down a fire in the rear of the dwelling. M/A was requested from Lindenhurst for a F.A.S.T. This house was the scene of a working fire in October 2007.

1/26/08 16:50 North Amityville battled a heavily involved house fire @ 86 Coolidge Ave. Firefighters stretched two lines to extinguish a basement fire that spread to the first floor of a 1 sty private dwelling. M/A was requested from Amityville for a F.A.S.T. & Engine to the scene. Additional F.A.S.T. was requested from Copiague.

1/26/08 04:30 North Babylon responded to a heavily involved private dwelling fire @ 383 Chelsea Ave near Cheltenham Rd. Firefighters stretched multiple lines & put the bucket from 1-8-6 into service to knock down the main body of fire. M/A was requested from West Babylon for a F.A.S.T. & Engine. Wyandanch-Wheatly Heights was requested for an ambulance to stand by also.

1/20/08 20:41 North Babylon responded to a serious auto accident at the intersection of Bay Shore Rd. & Bluebell La. Firefighters extricated a trapped subject, M/A was requested from Deer Park for A.L.S. 1-8-7 & 1-8-17 transported subjects to Good Sam.

1/20/08 20:17 Deer Park was alerted to a auto accident with entrapment @ Park Ave. & W. 20Th. Street. 1-4-4 & 1-4-5 transported subjects to Good Sam in unknown condition.

1/19/08 23:04 Lindenhurst continuing its rash of auto accidents responded for an overturned auto in front of 165 N. 8Th. Street south of West John Street. One victim was transported to Good Sam with minor injuries.

1/17/08 20:36 Lindenhurst requested its hurst tool to remove a door on a auto at the scene of an auto accident, in front of 425 S. Wellwood Ave. Both Lindenhurst ambulances transported subjects to Good Sam.

1/15/08 13:15 North Amityville was toned out for a auto accident with overturn & entrapment On Sunrise Highway near Albany Ave. S.C.P.D. extricated the trapped driver who was transported to Good Sam where the victim reportedly passed away.

1/12/08 12:30 Lindenhurst once again responded to a serious auto accident involving an overturned auto @ Wellwood Ave. & New York Ave. One victim who self extricated himself was transported with minor injuries to Good Sam.

1/11/08 18:10 Lindenhurst again responded to a auto accident with entrapment at the intersection of Montauk Highway & S. 1ST. Street. Firefighters removed the door of an auto to free the trapped driver. A total of 3 victims were transported to Good Sam with non-life threatening injuries. M/A was requested from West Babylon for an ambulance to the scene.

1/10/08 13:05 North Lindenhurst operated a working fire @ 420 47Th. Street. Firefighters extinguished a chimney fire with extension. M/A was requested from Lindenhurst for an engine & ladder to the scene.

1/4/08 23:57 Lindenhurst responded to a fatal auto accident @ Strongs Ave. & Hoffman Ave. Firefighters quickly extricated the trapped subject removing the two driver's side doors & "B" post. The victim was D.O.A. at the scene however.
