6/8/10 17:30 East Farmingdale was alerted to a working general alarm at Two Brothers Scrap on Central Ave. Firefighters arrived to find a large pile of scrap metal on fire, creating a large column of black smoke. M/A was requested from Farmingdale Village for Ladder 926, Melville for R.I.T. & South Farmingdale for a engine. Numerous other departments were called to stand by at East Farmingdale's Quarters.
