12/28/06 16:20 Deer Park was dispatched for a unknown type of fire with burn victim on the L.I.R.R. tracks @ Long Island Ave & West 19Th. Street. A homeless person walking across the tracks was electrocuted by the third rail when he came into contact with it. S.C.P.D. Aviation was requested to airlift the victim to Stony Brook.
12/24/06 04:56 East Farmingdale firefighters were alerted to respond to a working fire on Kean Street off Edison. Firefighters arrived to find a 50x75 commercial structure totally collapsed already, fully involved. Firefighters went into service with a deck gun, 2 1/2, & tower ladder master stream to knock down the fire. M/A was requested from West Babylon for R.I.T.
12/22/06 20:55 Wyandanch Ambulance was requested forthwith to the scene of a vehicle vs. pedestrian by Sector Car 106A @ Straight Path & Irving Ave. The victim was transported to Good Sam in unknown condition.
12/22/06 10:15 Deer Park responded to a auto accident at Fairview Ave & Van Cott Rd. Deer Park E.M.S. transported a 40 y/o female with severe trauma to Good Sam.
12/21/06 15:10 East Farmingdale responded to a heavily involved structure fire on the grounds of the S.U.N.Y. Campus off Melville Rd. Firefighters used a exterior attack with master streams to knock down a heavy fire condition in a large storage building. M/A was requested from Farmingdale, South Farmingdale, Melville, Bethpage, Plainview, North Lindenhurst, North Babylon, & West Babylon.

12/20/06 06:50 Babylon was requested with their hurst tool to the scene of an auto accident with entrapment in front of 484 W. Main Street. Firefighters extricated the victim, who was transported with non-life threatening injuries to Good Sam.
12/19/06 16:50 North Lindenhurst was alerted to a auto accident at Wellwood Ave & Sunrise Highway. Firefighters extricated a trapped subject, who was transported with minor injuries to Good Sam.
12/19/06 12:00 East Farmingdale responded to a auto accident with entrapment @ Edison Ave & Bell Street. Firefighters extricated two trapped subjects with in 10 minutes. Two victims were transported to Good Sam with non-life threatening injuries.

12/17/06 20:00 North Lindenhurst was activated to respond to a train vs. pedestrian on the railroad tracks adjacent to Town Hall. The victim was DOA. North Lindenhurst remained on scene to aid in the crime scene investigation.
12/16/06 19:55 Wyandanch responded to a working fire in a vacant dwelling @ 50 Lake Drive. Firefighters stretched one line & quickly contained the fire on the first floor.
12/15/06 01:50 West Babylon was activated for a auto accident with car fire on Little East Neck Rd. The alarm ended up being in Babylon's district, which also sent them to the scene. West Babylon extinguished the car fire and EMS treated one minor injury.
12/13/06 10:35 Wyandanch Ambulance responded to a auto accident @ Garden City Ave & South 18Th. Street. M/A was requested from East Farmingdale for ALS to the scene. A victim was transported in cardiac arrest to Good Sam.
12/11/06 16:58 1-5-32 requested his department to respond to a single car, auto accident with entrapment @ Patton Ave & Wellwood Ave. 1-5-4 arrived and removed the door to safely extricate the trapped driver. E.F.F.D. transported the subject to New Island with non-life threatening injuries.

12/11/06 12:00 Deer Park responded to Grand Blvd & Commack Rd for an auto accident with a large fuel spill. The Town of Babylon Fire Marshal's Haz Mat Unit was requested to the scene for a 50-60 gallon disel fuel spill. M/A was requested to the scene from Brentwood Legion Ambulance (D.P.F.D. was unavailable due to units being on other alarms)
12/10/06 16:10 Lindenhurst responded into North Lindenhurst's district (N.L.F.D. was out of service) @ North Delaware Ave & W/B Sunrise Highway for a auto accident involving a fuel tanker. A car had rear ended the empty fuel tanker at the intersection, the driver of the auto possibly suffered a medical emergency at the wheel. Lindenhurst transported the victim to Good Sam with non-life threatening injuries.

12/10/06 14:53 Babylon was requested to the scene of a motorcycle accident in front of 220 Deer Park Ave. West Islip's Chief 3-17-32 was on scene advising the subject was conscious but trapped under the auto. Babylon's ambulance 1-2-10 transported the subject to Good Sam with non-life threatening injuries.
12/7/06 01:05 North Babylon was alerted for a fire at Waldbaums, on Sunrise Highway near Hubbards Path. North Babylon Chief's arrived to find a tractor trailer in the loading dock on fire. First due Engine 1-8-12 (Station 2) quickly stretched a 2 1/2 inch line to knock down the fire. The building's sprinkler system also activated preventing the fire from entering the structure.
