8/2/09 15:33 North Babylon was alerted to a car into the woods on the Southern State Pwky near Belmont Ave. 1-8-31 was on scene requesting the hurst tool for a entrapment. 1-8-14 transported one victim to Good Sam.

8/5/09 21:27 North Babylon responded to a overturned auto in front of 627 Saint George Ave. 1-8-30 went on scene advising all occupants were out of the auto. 1-8-14 transported one victim to Good Sam.

8/6/09 15:22 West Babylon was toned out for a boat fire, at 933 6Th. St. Firefighters contained the fire to the boat, 1-9-30 was in charge.

8/6/09 17:36 North Amityville was requested forthwith by the Suffolk County Police Dept. for a pedestrian struck at Sunrise Highway & Albany Ave. 1-7-31 requested mutual aid A.L.S. from Amityville Village. 1-7-7 transported the victim by ground to Good Sam, the trauma room was requested for a male who was conscious but combative.

8/7/09 05:29 Deer Park responded to a reported structure fire @ Jamco Instruments Inc, 121 E. Industry Ct. Firefighters handled a machine fire with in the building, 1-4-32 also advised one burn victim. 1-4-3 transported a 63 y/o male with 15-17% 2ND degree burns to the face & arms to Nassau County Medical  Center.

8/8/09 19:03 Deer Park was alerted to a car vs. train at the L.I.R.R. crossing, Commack Rd & Long Island Ave. The victim was out of the car upon the fire department's arrival. 1-4-32 requested power be turned off to the third rail.

8/8/09 23:03 Copiague responded to a car into a building at the corner of Da Vinci St & Marconi Blvd. 1-3-31 requested the Fire Marshal's Office to respond for a structural integrity issue. The driver of the vehicle possibly fled the scene.

8/15/09 06:30 East Farmingdale responded for a overturned van with wires down in front of the Hollywood Motel on Rt. 109. One R.M.A. was secured by E.M.S. Personnel.

8/17/09 16:19 West Babylon responded to a overturned auto on Straight Path & Matthews Ave. 1-9-17 transported one victim to Good Sam. 1-9-30 requested LIPA to respond for a snapped utility pole.

8/17/09 17:25 North Babylon was alerted to a overturned auto on Sunrise Highway @ Hubbards Path. S.C.P.D. Aviation was requested for a medivac. Aviation airlifted one victim to Good Sam, a second victim was transported via ground by 1-8-14 to Good Sam.

8/17/09 22:19 West Babylon responded to a working fire at the Holiday Square Senior Citizen Apartments @ 10 Muncy Ave. Firefighters extinguished a small fire in one apartment, one victim was found D.O.A.

8/20/09 17:02 North Lindenhurst responded to a overturned auto with entrapment at the intersection of Straight Path & Wellwood Ave. 1-11-30 requested mutual aid from Copiague for a ambulance with A.L.S. to the scene & Lindenhurst for a ambulance to the scene. S.C.P.D. Aviation was requested for a medivac but later cancelled. 1-3-2 transported one victim to Good Sam with serious injuries. 1-11-6 & 1-6-7 also transported victims to Good Sam.

8/20/09 17:07 Amityville quickly extinguished a working house fire @ 103 Oak St. M/A was requested from Copiague for R.I.T. & Massapequa for one truck to the scene.

8/23/09 East Farmingdale was alerted to a overturned auto on Edison Ave & Jersey St.

8/25/09 16:08 Babylon responded to 242 Park Ave for a working house fire. Engine 1-2-3 was first due and quickly extinguished a kitchen fire. Two dogs were rescued from the house by firefighters & S.C.P.D. Police Officers. M/A was requested from West Babylon for one ambulance to the scene.

8/26/09 03:49 Copiague firefighters arrived to 55 Cesena Place to find a vacant 2 1/2 story dwelling, heavily involved. Firefighters used several master streams to knock down the heavy fire condition. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for R.I.T.

8/26/09 11:28 Deer Park responded to 540 Brook Ave for a male victim of an electrocution. 1-4-51 requested S.C.P.D. Aviation for a medivac, the victim was airlifted to Stony Brook.

8/27/09 00:48 North Amityville was requested with a rush by the Suffolk County Police Dept to 320 44Th. St for a victim of a shooting. 1-7-7 transported the victim to Good Sam.

8/27/09 04:04 Deer Park quickly controlled a small fire in a 1 sty private dwelling at 66 Washington Ave. M/A was requested from North Babylon for R.I.T.

8/30/09 18:34 West Babylon responded to a working fire in the vacant Arnold Buick Dealership, 535 Montauk Highway. Firefighters stretched multiple 2 1/2 inch hand lines to extinguish the fire. M/A was requested from Lindenhurst for R.I.T.
