8/1/08 07:15 North Babylon was alerted to a auto accident with entrapment on the Southern State Pwky near Belmont Ave. Firefighters from 1-8-8 worked their tool to free a trapped subject. All three North Babylon ambulances transported victims to Good Sam.

8/4/08 12:50 West Babylon was requested forthwith to the scene of a motorcycle accident at the intersection of Rt. 109 & Straight Path. Two victims were transported to Good Sam, the trauma room was requested forth one victim with head & chest trauma.

8/5/08 16:40 Copiague responded to a auto accident with overturn in front of Furn-A-Kit, 1179 Sunrise Highway. Two victims were transported to Good Sam.

8/6/08 18:50 North Babylon was alerted to a auto accident @ Portal Ct. & Foster Blvd S. S.C.P.D. was on scene requesting the hurst tool for a trapped victim. The victim was extricated in under 10 minutes. M/A was requested from West Islip for one ambulance to the scene.

8/6/08 22:55 North Amityville responded to a auto accident with pin at the intersection of Albany Ave. & Great Neck Rd. Firefighters used the hurst tool to free a trapped victim. 1-7-7 & 1-7-8 both transported victims to Good Sam.

8/10/08 09:30 North Babylon was requested to the scene of a overturned auto on the Southern State Pwky near Belmont Ave. 1-8-14 transported one victim to Good Sam.

8/11/08 11:20 East Farmingdale firefighters quickly extinguished a working fire @ 3 Adams Street. Firefighters put one line into operation to contain a room & contents fire. M/A was requested from North Amityville for R.I.T.

8/14/08 14:40 Deer Park was assigned to a auto accident @ Osceola Ave & Brooklyn Street. 1-4-31 requested the hurst tool to the scene for a pin. Two victims were transported to Good Sam.

8/14/08 17:50 North Babylon responded to a working house fire, 54 Birchfield Ave. Firefighters used one line off 1-8-3 to extinguish a fire in the walls. M/A was requested from West Islip for R.I.T.

8/18/08 18:20 Wyandanch responded to a small fire in the walls @ 78 Lake Dr. Wyandanch firefighters stretched one line to extinguish the small fire.

8/19/08 05:55 Lindenhurst was alerted to a working house fire @ 556 N. Jefferson Ave. Firefighters stretched 3 lines to extinguish a deck fire that extended to the house. M/A was requested from North Lindenhurst for R.I.T.

8/25/08 04:45 North Amityville was requested forthwith to the scene of a pedestrian struck on RT. 110 & N. Ronald Drive. M/A was requested from Amityville but cancelled. 1-7-30 advised the victim was D.O.A.

8/27/08 22:55 Deer Park was requested forthwith to the scene of a motorcycle accident at Deer Park Ave & Grand Blvd. 1-4-30 requested a second hurst tool to the scene forthwith. S.C.P.D. Aviation responded to airlift one victim from scene. M/A was requested from North Babylon for one engine to the landing zone and one ambulance to the scene. Deer Park & North Babylon both transported victims to Good Sam with serious injuries.

8/28/08 11:10 Wyandanch responded to a working house fire @ 33 Sunset Ave. Firefighters stretched one line to contain a bedroom fire.

8/30/08 Copiague quickly extinguished a working fire @ 11 Barnfield Rd off North Emerson Ave. M/A was requested from Amityville for RIT.
