4/26/07 14:40 Amityville responded to a working house fire at 28 Mill Street off Albany Ave. Firefighters had heavy fire on the 1st, 2nd, & attic area of a dwelling. All firefighters were with drawn from the building and a exterior attack was used to control the fire. M/A was requested from; North Amityville, Copiague, Massapequa, Lindenhurst, & North Lindenhurst to the scene.

4/23/07 I've received numerous e-mails inquiring about the "Stations & Apparatus" section of the website. I hope to have it up some time in May. With the nice weather finally here, I'll be out attempting to shoot all the apparatus & stations in the Town. It'll be worth the wait! Thank you all for your continued support!

4/23/07 07:20 North Babylon E.M.S. responded to a shooting on South Foster Blvd. Two gun shot wound victims were found in a house, possibly the result of a murder/suicide from a domestic dispute. 

4/21/07 21:32 Wyandanch-Wheatly Heights Ambulance Corp was requested forthwith to the scene for a victim of a gun shot wound to the head. S.C.P.D. was placed on stand by, 1-20-19 advised of a signal 50 D.O.A.

4/21/07 07:31 North Lindenhurst was alerted to a auto accident with pin, westbound Sunrise Highway @ North Delaware Ave. Both North Lindenhurst ambulances transported victims to Good Sam. M/A was requested from Copiague for an ambulance to the scene.

4/16/07 12:00 East Farmingdale responded to a overturned auto at Straight Path & Edison Ave. E.M.S. treated one minor injury.

 

4/13/07 07:44 North Babylon again responded to a auto accident with overturn with negative entrapment at the intersection of Little East Neck Rd. & Manhattan Ave. One victim was transported to Good Sam with minor injuries.

4/12/07 12:53 Babylon responded to a auto accident with entrapment eastbound on the Ocean Parkway, @ Gilgo Beach. Firefighters removed the roof of a jeep to extricate the trapped driver who rear ended a State D.O.T. dump truck. The driver of the dump truck & jeep were both transported to Good Sam with non-life threatening injuries. M/A was requested from West Islip for a ambulance to the scene.

4/11/07 07:35 North Babylon was requested forthwith to the scene of a auto accident with overturn @ Hunter Ave & Rt. 231. Firefighters popped a door to remove a trapped subject, two victims with non-life threatening injuries were transported to Good Sam.

4/7/07 17:00 North Lindenhurst responded to a auto accident with overturn at the intersection of North Wellwood Ave & Straight Path. Three autos & a box truck were involved the accident, a total of 4 victims required medical attention. North Lindenhurst, Copiague, & West Babylon transported victims to Good Sam with non-life threatening injuries. East Farmingdale secured a R.M.A.

4/7/07 16:20 North Babylon responded to a working house fire @ 338 Woods Rd. Firefighters stretched one line to extinguish fire in the walls & ceiling of a private dwelling. 

4/4/07 16:35 The Suffolk County Police requested Copiague F.D. forthwith to the scene of a auto accident with entrapment @ Brooksite Ct. & S. Strongs Rd. M/A was requested forthwith from Lindenhurst for A.L.S. to the scene. Firefighters removed the roof of one of the autos to remove the trapped subject. Two trauma victims were transported to Good Sam, along with a infant with minor injuries.

4/1/07 05:05 Amityville was alerted to a working fire @ 10 Marconi Blvd. Firefighters arrived to find a large commercial structure heavily involved. M/A was requested from; Massapequa for two engines, a ambulance, & tower ladder to the scene, North Amityville for an engine & fire police, Lindenhurst for an engine, East Farmingdale for a tower ladder & engine, West Babylon for an engine & tower ladder, North Babylon & Wyandanch were also called to the scene for relief purposes. A exterior attack was used with 3 tower ladders & multiple lines to extinguish the fire.
